Winter bride? How to keep your skin sparkling when it's frosty outside
Autumn is officially upon us, it’s definitely feeling cooler outside and I know a few of you will have been reaching for the thermostat by now. We all know that switching between the cold outdoors and toasty indoors can wreak havoc on your skin, so here I’ll share with you my top tips for keeping gorgeous, flawless skin during autumn & winter.
As soon as we turn on the heating indoors our skin will start to dry out. It’s more important than ever in autumn and winter to keep your skin hydrated with a good moisturiser. Most people generally need a thicker moisturiser in winter than in summer to keep a protective layer between your skin and the elements. Don’t drop your water intake just because it’s cooler outside.
